Brief History of Bargo
Bargo began as a nameless dog in the year 2016. He has made appearances on merch, websites, Christmas cards and more over the years, but never hit the ground runnin' till he found his name in 2024.
Original "Nameless Pug" concepts from 2016.
The name Bargo came from the namesake of a used video game store concept. It was called Bingo Bargo and originally had a basset hound mascot as the logo.
The pug desgin was always around and was sitting on a shelf, until he was drawn to have a game control as a snout.
It was too genius. But alas, the used video game store never became a reality, and Bargo started to do his own thing.
